Shiseido Offers Early Retirement to 1500 Employees in Japan

Beauty giant unveils details of strategy to boost profitability of Japan business.

As part of its business transformation plan known as Mirai Shift Nippon 2025, Shiseido Company has announced that it will offer an early retirement incentive plan to as many as 1,500 staff members in Japan. The plan entails providing special additional benefits and reemployment support to employees.
